Joseph Tramontana Is an Alumnus of Rowan University

Joseph Tramontana, a finance and human resource professional from Hamilton, New Jersey, did his Bachelor in Business from Rowan University, which is a top-notch university in the area. An institution that was started in 1923 as a teacher preparation college has come a long way. Rowan University is a buzzing regional university that has become one of the top public universities in the North. The university currently offers 65 Graduate programs along with a couple of doctorate degrees and professional programs. They offer accredited programs in education, medicine, business, and medicine. Joseph Tramontana pursued his Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Tomas Edison State Collge.  He studied in a learning-centered environment under the guidance if highly qualified staff and faculty.  The motto of Rowan University is Eruditio spes mundi, which means Education, hope of the world. 

After completing his formal education, Joseph Tramontana started working as a Chief of Administrative Services in county government. Having such a post at such a young age was a great achievement for Joseph who was well prepared to handle all the responsibilities. Due to his dedication and commitment towards the job, he was soon promoted as Personnel Officer. He always believes in sharing his experiences with the budding professionals so mentoring is what he loves to do. He makes sure that he is available for providing guidance to the new comers. He has received many certifications in his field. While holding position as School Business Administrator/Chief Financial Officer, he handled forecasting and budget development. His roles included leading, managing, and motivating the employees, analyzing fund balance and conduct all business operations. His hardworking attitude has always been appreciated. 

Joseph Tramontana is associated with various social causes to help the society and the communities develop.  He regularly works with many charities to help them raise funds and propagate their agendas. He recently worked for a cancer awareness campaign that aimed at making people aware about the disease and its cure. He along with his wife regularly contributes their efforts to make the lives of people better. Joseph is a motivator who always encourages his colleagues and subordinates to do something good for the society. He mentors the new employees and helps them achieve their professional as well as social goals. Besides being a humanitarian, he is a successful professional who gives prime importance to his professional responsibilities.
